January 7th, in the high school auditorium. The literature section has charge of the program and will present Mrs. Dentarcub Brown, of Indianapolis, who will lecture on "A Corner of North Africa." Mrs. Brown lectured before tlie cluli last winter and delighted her audience so much that there was a general request for herreturn. During the past summer, she toured south ern Europe and northern Africa and made such observations as will enable her to give a most*interesting lecture. The meeting is open to the publie and anyone wishing to attend may secure tickets ot any member of the literature section or at the door pl fifty cents. The business meeting will be held at 7:15 and the lecture at 8:15 o’clock. * The So Cha Rea club met last evening at the home of Miss Florence liar■rts. Five hundred was played and prises were awarded to Miss Cedi Miller, Marie Gass and Mrs. Charles Starost. The election of officers was held and Miss Anola Franks was reelected president, and Miss CeoHe Miller was elected treasurer and sectary. The next meeting will be held at the home of Mrs. R. O.
