Field Goals by “Eagle Eye” Pete The district champs were humbled. The Yellow Jackets hold the edge on Liberty Center. They defeated the champs two points more here than the champs defeated them at. Liberty Center. The Yellow Jackets will practice Monday evening at 6:30 p. nt., in preparation for the alumni game Tuesday night. The varsity is determined to give the old grads a drubbing. C. C. H. 8. was lucky again last night and won a game on 14 points, defeating the alumni, 11-13. We suppose Bluffton puiuted the town red last night, after the “Fighting Freshmen" defeated Berne, 40-9. News coming from Berne last night was censored again. The result of the Borne A. C.-Huntington Buddie game was not broadcasted. As a result we are led to believe that the Buddies were not defeated. That high school-alumni game Tuesday night should be a thriller, with all of those old stars back on the hardwood. The floor in the new gym is in a bad condition. The players can hard ly stand on it, it is so slippery. Several fouls were called on both teams last night, but they were caused by the players trying to keep from falling.
