C. 11. 8. defeated the local Catholic high team by a 4-point margin, while last night C. C. H. 8. held a 1 point lead at the end of the game. Come on boyg we”ll shorn ’em yet. The season is still young. Portland’s Purple Panthers clawed the Bluffton freshman last night 21-12 Bluffton is keeping us company, any way. With one regular forward out of the lineup last night, Frankfort made it nine straight wins by defeating Logansport at Logansport. 36-18. The '‘Banta” crowed the “Ford*' rambled and Dunkirk beat New Mount Pleasant last night, 40-16. | Martinsville took a crack at the Vincennes state champs last night and won by a score of 44 to 30. Did you see what South Side's “ve teran’’ quintet anil Central's "promising” outfit did at Fort Wayne last 'night.
