guests, who attended the pretty affair, were Mesdames T. A. LeuabanJ of Indianapolis, and Paul Briede, of Portland. The annual Christmas party and ex change of the Five Hundred Club was held at the home of Mrs. Fred Fullenkamp, on Madison street, last evening. The home was attractively deeorated in keeping with the Christmas spirit. Miniature Santa Clauses, holly wreaths and a large lighted Christmas tree adorned the living room. At six o'clock a two-course dinner was served. A pretty Christmas basket was as the central adornment of the long table. Red taper-furnished the only light throughout the dinner hour. An exchange of gifts was held following the dinner, all of which were dainty hand-made articles. A largo fishing pond, from which all drew a pretty igifli- was a feature of the evening.
