Mr. and Mrs. Olin Baker will leave Sunday for a motor trip to Mt. Pleasant. Mich., where they will visit Mrs.’ Baker's brother. James Artman and, family.. They will also visit Mr Baker's brother, J. Field Goals “Eagle Eye” Pele We admit defeat the hands oCthe Berne A. C, quintet, and we are thankful that the honors still stay in the county. Berne has a nice team. Two good games In which Decatur high school teams will figure are carded for Friday night. The Yellow Jackets of I). 11. S. will go to Fairmount for a return game, and the Catholic high teem will play the Central Catholic quintet from Ft. Wayne in the new high school gymnasium here. Both Decatur teams have a good chance for victory. Franklin, the home of state champion high school teams, appears to be coming out of the kinks. The Franklin high team defeated Viu e >nnen badly last week and last night they hatyled the Columbus team, which is considered one of the best in the state, a 30-25 defeat. Frankfort plays Richmond and Loginsport on Friday and Saturday
