The Creamery Giris entertained last evening at the home of Mrs. Clyde Butler, on Mercer avenue, with a surprise-farewell dinner party in honor of Miss Catherine Christen, who has accepted a position with afirm at Toledo. Ohio. Miss Christen will leave next week to begin hyr duties. Tfae rooms were attractively decorated in Hollowe'en style with black cats, pumpMns and yellow and black crepe paper. The was made of tiny horns and a light, the shade being nuftlc of black paper vats. The favors and place cards were also in keeping with the season. Miss Bee Leonard was hostess to the Tri Kappa Sorority last evening, at her home on Seventh street. The cedar chest and linens will be given away November 2.
