Erl Slack Will Defend Ku Klux Klan Indianapolis, Oct. 16—An appearance as counsel for Knights of the Ku Klux Klun In the suit filed against that organization In federal court here and sponsored by the American Unity league, was entered Saturday p ’ by L. Ert Slack, former United States district attorney. The hearing is set for October 24.
