All members are requested to he present. ★ Kohler-Walchle A quiet wedding was solemnized at seven o'clock Saturday evening when Miss Lilly Wal<He. of Berne, became the bride of Clifton Kohler, of French township. The vows were received by Rev. A. M. Clauser, pastor of the Linn Grove Missionary church, at his home on South Hendricks street. The couple were attended by Mist Silva Kohler, a sister to the groom, and Andrew Hackenigos. Mrs. Kohler is a daughter of Mrs. Marianna Walehle. of Monroe township. and during the past two years lias been working at the home of Dr. -A. Keuaser. in Berne. Mr. Kohler is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Kohler of French township, and has been assisting on his father’s farm. The young couple will reside on the Alfred Kohler farm. ★ Miss Ethel Fuhrman will be hostess to the young peoples society of the Evangelical church at her home north of the city this evening at 7:30. NAME FOUR FOR JURY SERVICE 1 , — Four new jurors were drawn today, to take the places of those who were excused from further service during j the April term of the Adams circuiti court. The jurors excused from ser-, vice were Lewis F. Miller. Charles D. Schenck, Charles A. Mann and Abe Schnepp. The new jurors drawn today were Clark F- Fink, of Geneva; Martin Miller, of Decatur; James W. Barr, of Geneva; and Clement L. V. Snell, of Monroe. The jury will be called to hear the case of Niblick vs. Parrish on Thursday. A motion for a new trial in the case of V. Frances Murphy vs. Frances Murphy, administratrix of the estate of the late J. W. Murphy, was filed today by the defendant. In a recent trial, the jury awarded the plaintiff judgment in the sum of $4,500. Letters of execution were issued today in the estate of Elijah Pease to Joseph V. Pease. Mr. Pease filed bond in the sum of SS,OOO. John B. Stauffer was appointed guardian of Mary A. Stauffer and Eugene E. Stauffer, minor heris of Maude Stauffer, deceased. -
