Mr. Rogers suggested that the business men post placards announcing the meeting, call attention of customers to the train, and use the telephone to notify friends in the country of the importance of the event. He suggested also that an organization be made here and arrangments made for a Purdue Short Course for next fall. Dr. Beavers told how a woman and daughter on one of his farms had made several hundred dollars last year raising poultry and how easy it w’as when proper methods are used. The meeting was very interesting and it is hoped a thousand people will visit the Erie exhibition train Saturday.
