A short business was held at which time it was decided to have an Easter pastry and flower sale. The society has been divided into two divisions and will contest in a money making race. Mrs. Roy Mamma and Mrs. Del Lake. ♦ The Loyal Workers class of the Evangelical church met last evening in the parlors of the church with twenty members present. A short business session was held and during the social hour delicious refreshments were served by the hostesses. Mrs. Fred Linn. Mrs. Irvin Shafer, and Mrs. Barkley. Mrs. Roop, Mrs. Clifton, and Mrs. Winters will be hostesses at the next meeting. * A pleasant surprise party was given in honor of the seventeenth birthday of Miss Harriet Myers at the home of Miss Billy Butler last week. A six o’clock dinner was served in the form of a pot luck supper after which the evening was spent dancing and music. Those present were tho Misses Harriet Myers, Hilly Butler. Jesteen Hocker.
