The legislature h%s passed a bill fixing the limit of township bonded ndebtedness for road building at wo percent which means a vacation u road building if the governor signs he bill as he very prol>ably will. A’ith the increased valuations a few ears ago the various townships have been bonded to such an extent that several years will pass before my are within the two percent limit The bill however provides one looplole for road building—a referendum otc- whereby the people of the ownship may if they so desire and ole increase the limit legally to our percent.
