DECATUR WOMEN IN CONVENTION At Elwood Today for the Convention of Federation of Clubs Mrs. John S. Peterson and Mrs. L. A. Holthouse left this morning to attend the convention of the! Eighth District Federation of Clubs
to be held in the Methodist church in Elwood today. Both ladles are to take part In the program. Mrs. Holthouse will sing und Mrs. Peterson will be the leader in one of the discussions. Mrs. Peterson was formerly district chairman of the clubs lit the Eighth district. Mrs. Laura Wylie delivered the address of welcome this morning and Mrs. C. C. Peutn, of Bluffton, made the response. The speakers at the session this afternoon were Mrs. W. I. Torrence, of Evansville, president of the Indiana Federation of Clubs; Mrs. Richard Lieber, of Indianapolis; and William J. Hamilton, of the Indiana Library Commission. A luncheon was served in the church at noon.
