Portland, Bluffton, llryant, Craigville, Liberty Center, Union Center, Berne, Decatur, Monroe, Poling. Kirkland township, Hartford township, Redkey and Geneva. . From all past records of the teams avobe mentioned, the three strongest and possible winners of the tournament fire cited as Decatur, Monroe and Blucton. If there should be any dark-horse in the tournament it should probably loom up as Pennville. The strength of this aggragation is not known except that they won the Jay county tournament by defeating Portland who scored a victory over the Monroe five at Portland early in the season. The Decatur five will open their schedule Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock when they will stack up against «
