THE MAYOR ELECT NAMES OFFICIALS (Continued from sens and well qualified for the places in which they will serve. Joel Reynolds us chief of police and Orvul Httruff as city engineer are reappointed. Mr. Reynolds has served as chief for four years past and prior to that served as night officer. He is efficient and capable anti a good officer. Mr. Haruff has served In the capacity of city engineer for two years, since retiring as county surveyor anti has demonstrated marked ability in organization of his department, having also looked after the water works depart ment, as to collections and general management. Mr. Augenbaugli served four years as township trustee and is a capable man for the place. Dr. J. M. Miller is one of the best known physicians of lite county as is Dr. Keller, also named as a member of the board. Mrs. Heller has served on the board for two years past and is re-appointed. Fred Fruclite, city attorney, is one of the well known attorneys of Decatur, served four years
