The complaint sets out that the Erie company, which was under Barton as director general, received a carload of sugar at New York and the same should have reached the plaintiff company within six days; that it was delayed more than thirty days through the carelessness and negligence of the defendant railroad company; that in the meantime the price of sugar dropped to such an extent that the plaintiff company lost money, and the demand is for a recovery of the lass.
