Geneva young mat:, was arrested on a grand jury indictment, charging assault and battery, by Sheriff Melchi. The trouble grew out of an argument in a pool room at Geneva a year ago, Rankin being arrested at the time, and released on bond. He gave bond immediately upon being re-arrested by the sheriff and
