If people would only stop experimenting for two weeks and try a simnle remedy made o f Mentholized Arcino mixed with enough Soiled water to make a full pint, half of the catarrh in this country would be abolished. Now he is going to have an I extra session of the legislature and 1 tomorrow he changes his mind, only 1 to change again iu a few days. For months he has bad his party on such i a nervous strain that some of the politicians are showing signs of nervous prostration. Now he is talk j ing again of calling a session to do certain things. The principal busi-l ness will be correcting some of the],
numroutt errors of the last general session of the republican legislature. Many leading republicans are insisting that the session be confined to absolute emergencies and that much of the governor's program be eliminated. Naturally most republicans look upon an extra session as full of potaibilities of putting the party deeper in the hole that Goodrich began digging soon after he entered the governor's office. Among the bills that will probably be considered necessary are: Bills to appropriate funds for state institutions and to reimburse the auditor for expenditures for which there were no appropriations; a bill to provide for voting of women at the presidential primary and general election; an amendment to the tax law to restore control of bond issues to local authorities; an act authorizing Indiana and Indianapolis to erect a national home for the American Legion.—Hartford City News. CARD OF THANKS I wish in this manner to thank the Kind neighbors and friends for the sympathy and flowers at the time of rhe death of our huslwnd and father. I also desire to thank the people for their helping hands and kindnesses; clso the pastor for his words of consolation. MRS. ’A M FOREMAN k- CHILDREN. ... , . —j
