Club prizes were won by Mrs, Herman Gillig and Mrs. James Arnold. Mrs. Arthur Mangold won the booby while the guests prize was won by Mrs. P. J i Hyland. A most delightful evening was had at the home of Mrs. Fred Linn on Tuesday evening by the Young People’s Alliance of the Evangelical church. A good literary program consisting of readings and music was given and much appreciated. Mrs. Linn had some good guessing contests which everybody enjoyed to the utmost; and last but not least came the “pot-luck” supper—the big feed —ask any one that was present. ♦ A lovely banquet was held in the: dining room of the Odd Fellows’ hall i last evening by the proprietors and clerks of the Boston store. A most delicious dinner was served at the . mall tables. The remainder of the evening was spent in a very pleasant way with games and a general good time. Those who enjoyed the feast were W. A.
