Homer Eosnaugh, whose home is near Craigville, will go to Et. Thornes, Ky.. this week preparatory to entering, the United States aviation corps. He has been employed by the General Electric company at Eort Wayne. lie has passed a rigid examination,, required of applicants on entrance into this branch of the government’s service. Wilson F. Yerian, city carrier, has tendered his resignation to take effect May 2. Because of his wife’s failing health, Mr. Yerian has been compelled to give up his residence in this city and will leave soon for California where he expects to locate permanently. He had served as a city carrier here for nine years. Alva 11. Smiley, substitute carrier, has been advanced to regular carrier. Two additional substitute carriers. Nelson Sprunger and Thomas J.
