The week of April 22nd is “Cleanup Week.” and is to be observed in this city, the city council appointing a committee to work with the Civic Improvement society. Every citizen should make himself a member of the committee. It's a community movement. The members of the city council showed their patriotism .and their willingness to assist in movements of importance by voting a hundred dollars to the Preparedness" committee to assist in the work of growing more produce. Bosse and Henry Thomas for use in supplying seed and paying expen < -for those who are willing to help in this great movement but unable financially because of the high prices now prevailing. The council also named a committee to assist the workers in this splendid movement.
