The Decitur high school basket ball team will be unable to go to Bluffton for their game tonight because the roads are so bad that it is impossible to get autos through. The wedding of a well known busi ness mai of the city and an equally well known young nurse, it is said, will takt place soon. They hav-' leased a house on First street which is being furnished today. Trains on all steam roads running into Decatur are on time today. The Erie wag the first road to recover fully from the effects of the severe storm of yesterday. The Clover Leaf has an ext-a gang out of nearly every town shoveling through snow drifts.

There will be third degree work at Hie Masonic lodge this evening and all members are requested to be present. Henry B. Heller is still confined to his home with a battle against lagrippe. He is reported slightly improved. Mrs. J. T. Merryman will arrive from (ardwell, Mo., thi.T evening, where she lias been visiting with her son, Charles, for several weeks. Mr and Mrs. Scott Bockover returned to their home at Reiley, Ohio, after a visit here with Mrs. Sarah Blackburn and daughter, Nellie. The Schafer hardware store has added a line of trunks, traveling bags, suit cases, etc., and will deal in these goods extensively from this time on. Tony Holthouse accompanied J. B. Holthouse and son, Louis, to Chicago Tuesday, where Mr. Holthouse will consult Dr. Ochjier, the noted specialist, about his failing health.
