The old establish'd firm of Holthouse, Schulte & Company is to be reorganized. The Peter Holthouse family and W. P. Jchrock are withdrawing from the present firm. Mr. Henry Schulte expects to continue the Business it the present location providing a proper reorganization can be effected.
