State of Indiana, Adams County, ss: Before the Board of Commissioners of the County of Adams: We, the undersigned petitioners, each and all of whom are resident freeholders and voters in and of Wabasfi township, in Adams County, in the State of Indiana, hereby petition your Honorable Body that you cause to be built, constructed and completed a free macadamized stone road in said township over and upon the public highway located and situated on end upon the folowing described route, tew i t: Beginning at the Mt. Zion macadamized road at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 25 in township 25 north, range 14 east in Adams county in the State of Indiana, and running thence west over and upon the publichighway as now located and established and used by the public as such between sections 24 and 25 and between sections 23 and 26 and between the east half of sections 22 and 27 in said township 25 north, of range 1 I east, in Adams County, State of Indiana, to the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of said section 27 in township 25 north, of range 14 east, aforesaid, at the Joseph Chrisman macadam road and there to terminate: the length of i proposed macadam road hereby petitioned for is about two and onefourth miles. That to pay for said improvement we ask that bonds be issued by the County of Adams in the State of Indiana. payable in twenty semi-annual installments or series and for the payment of which we ask that a tax be levied upon the taxable property of said French Township, in a sufficient amount to pay the interest and principal of said bonds as they become due. That said improvement be made and constructed, and said bonds be issued and said tax be levied upon the taxable property of said township in accordance with the Acts of the Legislature of the State of Indiana, passed in the year 1905, beginning on page 550, and as amended in the Acts of 1907. and all other acts mentioned therein or which are now in force providing for the extension of free gravel or macadamized roads, and all other or any and all amendments thereto.
