INMATEJS DEAD W. M. Southard Died This Afternoon at Infirmary An Inmate SINCE LAST DECEMBER Death Resulted from Dropsy and Heart TroubleLived at Union City. At three o'clock this afternoon at, the county infirmary occurred the death of W. M. Southard, an inmate of that institution since last December, death having resulted from a dropsical condition and heart failure. .Mr. Southard had been a resident of Adams county for some time, he having worked at a number of farms until last December, when his healtn 1 < can to fail. Ho was then removed to the county infirmary and a daughter. believed to be residing in Union City, was informed ,f ner father's condition. No reply was received fiom her. however and Mr. Southard was taken care of at the infirm f.i The deceased was sixty-one 'ears of age. He was born near Ur bana. Ohio, and was formerly in business at Union City. He is survived by a daughter and a son. both of whom are believed to ber esiding in that city.
