S., Section an" that tlie trustee is not required by law to make any further effort to collect delinquent dog tux. as lie may he vOln ’ pelled to do same on his own time and expense. Furthermore, the law construed by the state board, demands the trustee to report all delinquent dog tax to the prosecuting attorney immediately after the assessor makes his report, which time ex pl red on June 12. The assessor Ins no authority to accept dog tax now and all delinquent tax must be paid to the townsliip trustee or the prosecuting attorney, and when the prosecutor collects the delinquent tax, a penalty will he added, and if he compelled to bring an action against tlie delinquent, the law says lie shall receive five dollars for his services in each case, which is paid by the de linquent dog owners.
