John Wechter and Norman Lautzenheiser were witnesses of the will ot James M. Willey, which was probated this morning. The Instrument was executed April 19, 1915. To the wife, Elizabeth Willey, is given 5500 absolutely; al so ’he forty acres, with all growing crops, in Blue Creek township, where they resided. To Susan C. Rutherford, daughter ol his former wife, is given twenty acres and growing crops, in Blue Creek township; and to a brother and his ter, Thomas J. Willey and Anna MeLalan. thirty-five acres.
