MISS WILSON ILL. Because of her physical and mental condition, the preliminary hearing of Miss Lulu Wilson, slayer of Attorney lx>vi X. Jacobs, of Van Wert, was postponed by Justice Manship yesterday until today. Upon the advice ot physicians, even the woman's attorneys have refrained from discussing the shooting with her. At the county jail many of the town's best people called ’ upon the prisoner, for whom publi? sympathy is strong, but all mention of the case was avoided. Funeral services for Mr. Jacobs were held from the late residence, the scene of the tragedy, at 10 o’clock yesterday morning, and were conducted by the Rev. Christie, pastor of the Presbyterian j church. The minister made no reference to the manner in which the lawyer came to his end, nor did he speak of the life of the man. Six Van Wert attorneys acted as pall bearers They were N. W. Blaehly, O. A. Balyea, Thomas Trippy. M. H. Oshorne, J. V. H. Saltzgalier and William Fostnaught. With the exception of one brother, all ' of the relatives of the deceased were present at the services, which were private.

One gallon of our Capital City Liquid Paint will cover 300 square feet. CAPITAL CITY LIQUID PAINT is a Safe, Sure and Sound Proposition.
