Mrs. Hereford Drummond, the names of all of whom are unknown to the plaintiff: the children, descendants and heirs, the surviving spouse, the creditors and administrators of the estate, the devisees, legatees, trustees and executors of the last will and testament, and the successors in interest, respectively, of the deceased widow, of each of the following named and designated deceased persons, to-wit: Harford Drummond.
