Mrs. Emanuel Woods of this city, who is at present visiting with her daughter at Fort Wayne, met witli u lery painful and serious accident today when she fell on one of tlie Fort Wayne streets and injured her hip. She will not be able to return to Decatur until the broken bones knit. At a meeting of the city fire department Wednesday evening reports were read from the different committees on decorations, programs and ofr other arangements for tlie Bluffton 1914 Northern Indiana Firemens <on vent ion, which wil be held in this city on June 28th.
