April i- Term. 1914. i- We, the undersigned, each and all of I whom are resident adult freeholders of Preble Township, in Adams Count, a Indiana, respectfully petition your I Honorable Body and ask that yon con--1 struct and complete a free macadam r j road tn said Township over and upon r I the following public highway, to-wit: Commencing at a point near thecea- ’ ter of section one di in township twenty-eight (28| north, range this’ teen east, in Adams County, Indiana, ‘ the same being at the Zwivk Macadam Road, thence south through center of section one (1) and n part of section twelve (12), said township and range ' to a point near ate St. Mary’s river, thence with the of said road as now laid out to a point where -aid road connects with the Doehrman Macadam Road in section twelve (111 aforesaid, and there to terminate.
