The testimony in the case of Lo-' dema White of Geneva vs. George R. | White, for uivorce, was concluded last e\ening in the circuit court. Judge! D. E. Smith took the matter under ad-j visement. Jury Commissioners D. M. Hensley and Eugene Lindsey, with County Clerk Ferdinand Bleeke, will meet next Monday at the clerk s office and draw the names of the jurors for the February term of court, which opens I Monday, February’ 2. The new dockets have practically been completed by Clerk Bleeke and his deputy, L. L. Baumgartner. With the new system installed, there will be no more hurry and rush during vacation to make up the four dockets, as the new loose leaf method has been i taken up. giving each case a sheet of • Its own. which, when the case is completed. can be withdrawn and filed away. This will be especially appreciated during the short, or no vacation, between terms, as frequently ot- j curs.
