Clifford Pond, the liveryman, lost a purse containing twenty-two dollars, a check and papers. This was found by Miss Eva Peoples, who restored it to him, his name being found tn the purse. It was several hours after the loss that he discovered It. and he was surprised when a telephone call a little later apprised him that hie money had been found, and would be returned to him.
