Mrs. Margaret Ixnithan of Fort Wayne is here for a visit with rela fives until tomorrow, when she and bet sister, Mrs. Joseph Hower, will go to Marion to attend the W R. C. district convention. Winteregg of Berne, was a business visitor here today. Miss Georgia -Magner made her regular trip to Fort Wayne for music instruction today. Dr. Will Kortenbrer returned this morning to Akron, Ind., after a visit here, coming home to vote. There will be preaching at the Winchester church next Sunday evening, Nov. 10, at 7:00 o'clock. Everybody invited. Mr. Frank Wagoner left Monday morning for Fort Wayne to enter the International Business College to finish his course of bookkeeping. Mr. and Mrs. Cal Robison have returned from their wedding trip, whicii included visits in St. Mary’s. Lima, Ohio, and other cities of the east. Charles Spencer left this afternoon for his home in Kansas City, Mo. Mr. Spencer came home for Old Home Week and to cast his vote Tuesday. Mrs. Charles Long and daughter, Geraldine, of Fort Wayne, stopped oIT here for a short visit with her uncle, Joe Harris, and family, enroute to Willshire, Ohio. The Misses Ruth Leyse and Nellie Winans, students of the Decatur high school left Saturday P. M. to visit Miss Zell Wagoner of Berne and returned home Monday morning to attend school again. E. E. Rice, superintendent of the De catur school, went to Bluffton at noon today to attend the meeting of the state club of school superintendents. Tomorrow he goes to lndiana)>olis to attend a state meeting of the superintendents Mr and Mrs C. J. Weaver left to-' day for Uniondale, where they will visit until tomorrow with Mrs. Geo. Ormsby, and her mother, Mrs. Milligan. who is very ill. The Weavers and Milligans were formerly neighbors when the lived in Ossian, and have been life-long friends. Mrs. Robert Krnsberger went to Decatur Monday evening where she will spend a few days at the home of her father. William H. Raker. Miss Lllah Lachot of Decatur, who has been visiting with Miss Corrine King, south of the city, returned home Moujday evening Miss King accompanied Miss Lachot home for a short visit.
