SLIPPERY KUHL Escapes Fourth Time in Year from Insane Asylum at Richmond. HE WAS ARRESTED * At Fort Wayne for Loitering — Sheriff Durkin Will Get Him. John Kuhl is without doubt the most slippery person the officials have had to deal with He has escaped four times since July a year ago from the Easthaveu insane asylum at Richmond, where he was sent up frym this county. Six weeks ago he escaped and has since beer, at large until be was arrested at Fort Wayne Thursday night and is being held there on the charge of loitering.
