REPORT IS APPROVED; In Anderson Guardianship— Reber Habeas Corpus Case Was Dismissed. i i At t'j/ie of going to press, the will of the late Henry Schmidt of Preble township was being submitted lor probate. He gives all his real and persons! estate to his step-daughter, Mra. Sophia Schwartz. She is at his death to pay to his sister. Mathilda, wife of Jacob Kiefer, $l5O. According to the will, Mrs. Schwarz, during her life was to provide him with all the necessaries of life, and also feed for his horse. Os his real estate. she was given the use of al! during his life, except three acres, whicn he reserved for his own use. The will was executed December ■, imi.i. and witnessed by Oust Fis' h-n.-ich and C. D. Scheumann. The current report of Clara Anderson, guardian oi aCtherine Anderson et al., was approved. The case of Ellis & Fleming vs. Ranson Smith, set for October 24. has been left off the trial docket. In the partition case of Norval Taylor et al. vs. Mary Taylor, a motion to strike out plea in abatement sustained Several exceptions by defendant.
