D. W. Myers, who recently purchased the house on the John Niblick property between Herman Tettman and M. Wertzberger's residences, will move the same next week to his lot on Winchester street beside the Paik House. Dick Myers, who resides in the house now, will continue his residence there during the moving. Burton Niblick will erect a fine house on the site for the occupancy of himself and wife. David Gerber is erecting a modern and up-to-date story and a half house, in bungalow style, on North Third street, between the A. D. Artman and J. D. Myers res’ lenses. The excavation for the cellar is completed, and work was begun today on laying the walls. Within a few weeks the house will be completed and Mr. Gerber an l family will occupy it. Mr. Gerbe" recently sold his Second street home to Julius Haugk. The scratching hen—and rooster — have arrived with the first spring days and the police have already had numerous complaints of violations of the city ordinance by residents, who permit their towls to run at large. The city council passed the ordinance with the Idea of protecting the vegetable and flower gardens of citizens I and the police will enforce it.
