(United Press Service.! Los Angeles. Cal., Nov 3— .pecial to Daily Democrat) —Unless the prosecution in the trial ot James B. McNamara obtains possession of the alleged evidence obtained in the raid on the Iron Workers' headquarters at Indianapolis, the case now on trial and the pending case against Johp Ti. McNamara will be greatly endangered. it is believed here today. It leaked out, however, that during the last forty-eight hours a series of telegrams have been explained between the district attorney. It is due to the fact that eight men now in I the jury box have absolutely declared they cannot convict on circumstantial evidence. —, o — ATTENTION, G. A. R. Uneeda Biscuit never disappoint! You have never heard anyone say—“TheUneeda Biscuit in that last package were not as good as usual.” You have never said it yourself. It is one thing to make soda crackers that are occasionally good. It is quite another thing to make them so that they are not only always better than all other soda crackers, but always of unvarying goodness. The name “Uneeda” —stamped on every one of them—means that if a million packages of Uneeda Biscuit were placed before you, you could choose any one of them, confident that every soda cracker in that package would be as good as the best Uneeda Biscuit ever baked. 5c a package—never sold in bulk. national biscuit COMPANY
