Martin Hollingsworth vs. L. G. Botkin, true Christian name unknown, marshal of Geneva, complaint in replevin and replevin bond, is a new suit filed by Attorney 8. A. M. Butcher. The case is for the replevin of a >IOO motorcycle, which the defendant has held since May 25th. He asks for the recovery of the motorcycle and )25 for the detention. A marriage license was Issued to Minerva Lelchty, born March 21, 1891, daughter of Amos Leichty, and Chas. Kelly, born October 30. 1888, farmer, son of Samuel Kelly. o — BURNER TO A CRISP CONTINUED FROM PAGE ONE passed away several years ago. The funeral services will be held at the Methodist church Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock, with the Rev. Imler of the United Brethren church officiating. The cortege will leave the house for the church at 1:30. Interment will take place in the Maplewood cemetery. o - HOME ON VISIT, Frank Mills, who has taken a position as solicitor with the Savage Publishing company, with headquarters at Indianapolis, returned home Thursday evening, and will make a visit with his parents until after Decoration day. He has been appointed field manager and so far has been covering the territory in and around Inlianapolis. He likes his new work very much and will no doubt meet with much success.

He is a show norse and is remarkable in tranamuung to his get a likeness to himself in looks action and disposition, which the above statements will prove. | He stands 16 bands, weighs 1300 pounds and is a blood bay with black points. It is given up by our best horsemen that Glide Heart is the, highest class stallion that ever made the stand in Adams county. This horse will make the stand at Monroe the first four days of the week and Friday and Saturday at the sales barn at Decatur. Conditions —815.00 to insure colt to stand and 810.00 cash to insure a mare for the season. Any man disposing of a mare after breeding the insurance falls due unless an agreement is made beforehand.
