WILL HAVE WHITE WAY. The Indiana Lighting company is working on a “White Way” square, meaning that each business man on each side of Second street from Monroe to Madison streets, will place in front of that business house an arc gas light. Practically every one in the block has agreed to sign a year's sontract for such a light, which is to burn two hours each evening, for three cents per night, to be turned off and on by the company. It will be a dandy improvement. >
