Frank Lewton, who escaped five years ago from the Easthaven insane asylum, and who has been wandering around during this time, his family hearing nothing of him during all these years, has returned as suddenly as he disappeared. He can give no account of his wanderings, as his 1 memory seems to have lapsed.
