Homer Ruhl, a young man employed at the Fort Wayne & Springfield power house, was quite badly burned about the arms at three o'clock this afternoon. MATHEWS MAN CONVICTED. fUnited Press Service.) Marion. Ind., March 9—(Special to Daily Democrat)—Ear! Hiett, aged twenty-five, was today convicted of I criminal assault on Car) Williamson, aged nine. The crime was committed at Mathews in 1905, and he was located about two weeks ago at Lagro. He was sentenced to from two to fourteen years in prison. A boby boy arrived yesterday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Cloud. The youngster will be a fine playmate for the twin girls, the first additions to the family.
