PINCHED AT WAYNE Two Young Men From Kokomo Tried to Forged Draft There Today. THE PRIMERO VICTIMS Fifty-Two Were Laid to Rest at Catholic Cemetery at Trinidad. ■ (United Press Service.) Fort Wayne, Ind., Feb. 2.—(Special to Dally Democrat)—Boyd Dinnius and Chester Gano, two young men from Kokomo. Ind., were arrested here this morning, charged with trying to cash a forged draft for 8150 on the First National bank. Their cases were continued until tomorrow. (United Press Service.) Primero. Col., Feb. 2—(Special to Daily Democrat) —At noon today fiftytwo bodies have been taken from the mines of the Colorado Fuel and Iron company here. Until today none but the coroner and the Jury were allowed to see the bodies of the victims, but this morning friends and relatives of the men passed into the machine shop which had been fitted up as the temporary morgue, and where the bodies were prepared for burial. The bodies were today conveyed to the Catholic cemetery at Trinidad, where the graves have been prepared. Three huge drays were used as hearses to convey the caskets from the train to the cemetery. Clark Lutz made a business trip south this afternoon. Mrs. M. E. Brackett spent the after- ' noon in Fort Wayne. Harry Moltz was a business caller in Bluffton this morning. Mrs. F. B. Tague went to Fort Wayne for the afternoon. Sam Hite made a business trip to Fort Wayne this afternoon. John Hendricks of Monroe was a business caller in the city today. Miss Ada Springer spent the afternoon with friends in Fort Wayne. Ray Knossos Berne was in the city today attending to some usiness. John Custer of Pleasant Mills was in the city on usiness this morning. Miss Gladys Sprunger of Pleasant Mills was shopping in the city today. John Andrews was at Marion today looking after some business matters. Henry Scheiman from north of the city was a business caller in the city today. Mrs. Elizabeth Oakley of South Salem, Ind., has arrived in the city for a visit with her sister, Mrs. Jennie Stevens. Mr. E. A. AH persons selling milk and cream, and those wishing to sell milk and cream within the city of Decatur, must between this and the 31st day of January, 1910, file certificates of examination of their cow or cows with the secretary of the city board of health. Said examinations must be made by a licensed veterinary surgeon. No license to sell milk and cream will be issued to any one un til the proper certificates of examination of their cows are filed with the board of health. Any one violating this ordinance will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Remember, that the time expires after January 31, 1919.
