Said examinations must be made by a licensed veterinary surgeon. No license to sell milk and cream will be Issued to any one un til the proper certificates of examination of their cows are filed with the board of health. Any one violating this ordinance will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Remember, that the time expires after January 31, 1910.
