I have been ordered to enforce same and will do It. If you are caught yiolating this ordinance you will be prosecuted, so don’t do it, if you don’t want to pay a fine, or go to jail. The business houses have all been compelled to clean out the grates and to otherwise place their properties in a sanitary condition and the citizens must help them to keep clean.
