We want every one who is interested in making Adams county dry to meet with us, as matters of importance will come before the meeting for consideration. I. IMLER, Pres. Local Option Ass'n. a— A CORROBORATION. Os Interest to Decatur Readers. For months Decatur citizens have seen in these columns enthusiastic praise of Dean’s Kidney Pills by Decatur residents. Would these prominent people recommend a remedy that had not proven reliable? Would they confirm their statements after years had elapsed, if personal experience had not shown the remedy to be worthy of endorsement? No stronger 1 proof of merit can be had than cures 1 that hav4 stood the test of time. The following statement should carry conviction to the mind of every Decatur ■ r< ader. ! John Oswalt, Elm street, Decatur, 1 Indiana, says: “During the civil war 1 I was injured and ever since I have been bothered by dull, heavy pains across the small of my back. When I used Doan's Kidney Pills procured 1 from the Holthouse Drug Co., I did * not expect they would cure me, but 1 I must say that they have benefitted ‘ me a great deal. I made this fact - known through a public statement in August, 1902, and at this time I can confirm what I then said. I have since heard of other persons who have been entirely cured of kidney trouble by this splendid remedy.” For sale by all dealers. Price 50 ! cents. Sale continues to March Ist. o- — ACTUAL STARVATION. The Smith, Yager 4 Falk Drug Co. Give Facts Regarding Dyspepsia. Although Indigestion and Dyspepsia are so prevalent, most people do not thoroughly understand their cause and cure. There is no reason why people should not eat anything they desire —if they will only chew it carefully and thoroughly. Many actually starve themselves into sickness through fear of eating every goodlooking, good-smelling and goodtasting food.because It does not agree with them. Dieting cannot cure Dyspepsia. If we refuse every article of food that disagrees with us, before long we have nothing left, and find ourselves chronic dyspeptics.
We can cure Dyspepsia. We are so confident of this fact that we guarantee a cure, and promise to supply the medicine free of all cost to every one who will use it. who is not perfectly satisfied with the results which it produces. We exact no ’ promises, and put no one under any 1 obligation whatever. Surely, nothing could be fairer. We are located right here in Decatur, and our reputation 1 should be sufficient assurance of the genuineness of our offer. ■’ We want every one in Decatur who
is troubled with Indigestion or Dyspepsia in any form to come to our store and get a box of Rexall Dyspepsia Tablets. Take them home and give them a reasonable trial, according to directions. They are very pleasant to take; they soothe the irritable stomach, strengthen and invigorate the digestive organs, promote a healthy and natural bowel action, .immediately relieve nausea and all stomach irritation, produce perfect and healthy digestion and assimilation, and promote nutrition. A 25c package of Rexall Dyspepsia Tablets furnishes 15 days’ treatment. In ordinary cases, this is sufficient to produce a cuue. In more chronic cases, a longer treatment, of course, is necessary, and depends upon the severity of the trouble. For such cases, we have two larger sizes which sell for 35c and 89c. The Smith, Yager & Falk Drug Co., Decatur, Ind. o Teeple, Brandyberry & Peterson will continue their sale to March let.
WRECK AT PREBLE Three Cars Are Said to Have Overturned There ON THE ERIE TRACK Excitement Was High at Sister Village— Wreck Train I — Information, although meager in detail, has reached the city relative to a wreck which occurred on the Erie track at Preble this morning. Although our informant was not possessed of many facts in regard to the misfortune, he told of how three cars had been overturned near the switch at that place. Ice had frozen in the frog of the switch and when the cars were being run off the main track in some manner the switch was sprung, allowing the cars to be derailed and they were overturned. Euckjily no one was injured, but excitement was at high tension for several hours at the little village. The wreck train from Huntington appeared upon the scene and soon cleared the track, permitting other trains to pass. The Erie employes in this city have not learned anything definite In regard to the wreck, and for the reason that it is impossible to reach Preble by wire, we were unable to secure further details in regard to the affair and the results may have been more serious than is anticipated.
NASAL CATARRH. Holthouse Drug Co. Sells the Great Remedy that Curgd Mrs. Karberg Here is a very simply yet wholly sincere statement of a Michigan woman, who was cured by using Hyomei —the no cure no pay remedy for catarrh, asthma, hay fever, croup, coughs and colds. “ Abad case of catarrh was cured for me by the use of Hyomei. Hyomei has from me a strong recommend and endorsement" —Mrs. E. Karberg. 813 Kingsley St., Ann Arbor, Mich. Nov. 16. 1908. Thousands of just such letters are in existence, and thousands more would be but for the desire to avoid publicity. If you have catarrh, bestir yourself, and drive it out of your system. Kill the germs. You can do that easily if you use Hyomei (pronounced Higho me).
