If you hate, hate less life is too short to spend in ; hating any one Why war against a mortal who is going the same road 1 with us? Why not expand the flower of life and happiness by learning to , love, by teaching those who are near and dear a beautiful lesson? Your i hands may be hard, but your heart need not be. Your form may be bent or ugly, but do you not know that the . most beautiful flowers prow in the most rugged, unsheltered places? The ■ palace for care, the cottage for love. Not that there is no love in a mansion; but somehow if we are not very careful, business will crowd all there is of beauty out of the heart. This is why God has given the Sabbaths and Saturday nights, that we may leave business and have a little heart cleaning. —Plymouth Democrat. The Euterpean Club met at the home of Miss Bessie Shrock last night and i a continuation of the study of the life and work of Carl Weber was taken up. The principal paper by Mrs. E. B. Adams was fine and much appreciated by the members. The musical program was slightly varied from usual which made it more interesting. Musical numbers were rendered by Miss Shrock, Miss Irene Schirmeyer and by the entire club. A most enjoyable time was enjoyed at this meeting and Miss Shrock proved herself a charming hostess. — o— TWO MORE CANDIDATES. Two new names are added to our announcement column, that of Peter Forcing, who seeks the nomination for commissioner in the second district, and John Lose for trustee of Washington township. To the man or woman so unfortunate as to have some chronic disease of any kind whatever: We cannot urge too strongly the gravity of the situation and the great importance of at once consulting an Honorable and Capable specialist. We emphasize honorable and capable for the reason that the newspapers contain advertisements of doctors posing as experts in the treatment of such disorders, some of whom would never be consulted by the intelligent cautious patient. If you desire honest advice and conscienious, thorough treatment, I invite you to call and investigate my record in other cases of this kind. No matter what your trouble is, be it with your Stomach, Bowels, Liver, Blood, Nerves, or of any trouble peculiar to either sex, call or write me, and I will promptly tell you whether or not you can be helped. My experience is your protection. My terms reasonable.

There are three kinds and classes of clothes; good, bad and indifferent. The bad and near bad comprise a large percent of all clothes and the reason for this is their poor making--they are not brought up right--They are pressed in shape, instead of being made in hope. But listen, we guarantee every one of our “high grade” suits to be perfectly made and guarantee them to retain their snap and shape.
