H. H E L L E R, Manager. The five classes of domestic exports known as breadstutfs. animal products, 'animate, cotton, and mineral oil totaled $618,527,512 for the nine months ended September 1907. This is over $100,000,000 larger than the exports for the like period of 1905 and 1903, and $46,000,000 larger than the exports of 1906 for these five classes. The man who can not see a wholesome condition in all this is a hopeless pessimist. With such a wonderful sale of American products abroad certainly should strengthen the faith of every American in the stability of his country and cause him to feel that it cannot be many years until the word “panic” will be no longer needed in the business vocabulary of the country. —Muncie Press. The Aurora National bank in Dearborn county has failed. A few small banks in Kansas have also been obliged to close their doors. COURT HOUSE NEWS A Marriage License and Many Hunters’ Licenses Issued. ADMINISTRATOR BOND Booths for Additional Election Precincts —Macadam Road Bonds. A marriage license was issued to John Joseph Schultz, aged twenty-six, a farmer of Washington township, and Cn-stene Mary Baker, aged twen-ty-one, also of Washington township. Hunters' licenses have been issued to George Bravton, John C. Manley, Ramond Filer, Charles E. Duer. Alfred Kelly, Francis D. Hardin, Noah Biberstine, Jesse W. Snyder, Sam Fink. Frank Steed, Harry E. Ault, Jacob Marrical, P. F. Burk, Ben Miller and Henry Decker, all of Geneva, and Phillip Stein, of Berne. Letters of administration were granted to M. F. Rice for his son Edward B. Rice, who left SI,OOO life insurance and additional personal property of SI,OOO. Mr. Rice filed bond for $4,000. The commissioners have ordered election booths made to supply the additional precincts in Union and Kirkland townships. The last legislature made it possible for these two townships to have two precincts instead of one, and the voters were quick to demand such. It will be a great convenience to the people living in the extreme part of the townships.
The National Concrete company, of Indianapolis, filed a bond which was approved, for the maintainance of the Linn Grove bridge, just constructed. The board signed Hie macadam road bonds for the C. E. Bollinger Extension four. o — The managers of the six base ball teams which formed the Indiana-Ohio league, will have a meeting within the next few days to perfect a new organization for the coming season. There seems to have been much dissatisfaction with the administration of President Kling, and, according to the dope he will be canned. The honorable president is accused of having pets. The pets were the members of the Richmond team.

The remainder of the hogs sold from prices ranging from nine dollars to $350, and the total amount of the sales were $5,110.50, or an average of sll7 per head. This is a remarkable average and those attending the sale were confident that it would stand for some time.
