OFFICE OF C. IN. MURDOCH Stock Broker - Mining Investments P. O. BOX NO. 473 COLDF.ELD, NEVADA. Subject: THE TULE CANYON GOLDFIELOS COMPANY This ad stating all the facts of the Tule Canyon Goldfields Company, must needs be brief. Hence we plunge right in, with but one incidental remark, namely: every fact m this ad can and will be substantiated on request. n u The property consists of five claims in the Tule Canyon District, forty miles from Croiafield. Rich float found in the Canyon has kept prospectors in bread and butter for years. Tom Jaggers, the old Nevada prospector and practical miner, located the source and found the ledge, calling the property the Tule Canyon Goldfields Company. Two incline shafts, one 38 feet, the other 24, were sunk by Jaggers, wherefrom he gophered out a living during the past ten years, in that time removing in net values about $15,000. Beyond that practically no work has been done, and from these shallow shafts we have assays of $43.05 and $lO6 to the ton. That a mine exists there no engineer doubts who knows the property. Jaggers’ mule-packed his ore a distance of 90 miles, a fact indicating that its grade must have been high to yield the returns which this desultory mining brought him. The two shafts are all in ore of workable value, and the property is so rich that with the work which we purpose doing, a dividend will be forthcoming before the first of January. It will cost SIO,OOO to drive a tunnel entirely through this mountain of ore at its base. This money we want you to contribute in part, with the certainty that one of the richest mines in Nevada will result. Tunnel-mining is the most economical means to work the big 30 foot ledge, which is growing richer with depth. To break rock from the ledge and let it fall to a level where mining-cars are ready to receive it, removes the necessity for hoisting machinery. etc. In addition to the tunnel we wish to install a Huntington equipment, which, in brief, is capable of reducing 50 tons of the lowest grade ore to one ton of high grade or concentrates -not bullion, and which can accomplish this result every twenty-four hours, thus saving teaming charges to the railroad, 12 miles away, and railroad freight charges to the smelters. In our mining experience we have not had confidence in any property equal to that we feel in the Tule Canyon Goldfields, and as a consequence, we offer you this stock at 30 cents per share, with almost a promise that it will pay a dividend before the new year. Remove the freight charges and the mine is self supporting at once. Add the Huntington equipment and it becomes a profitable mine immediately. Thus my confidence in the property prompts me to agree NOW to loan one-half the value of this stock at any time within twelve months at 8 per cent interest. (The Nevada rate is 12 per cent) 08-1 will loan one-half its value AT ONCE and will upon receipt of half its price, deliver to you a receipt for the money, which shall bear the number of your certificate, the number of shares Issued, and which together with the remaining half due shall constitute your right to the stated number of shares In the company. Certificate to be deposited with the Nye * Ormsby County Bank of Goldfield, subject to your order. No ndtes accepted for a longer period than twelve months. 50,000 shares of this stock Is offered by reason of the action of the directors. We know the sales will yield more money than Is required, hence we make this offer BUT ONCE. If more than 50.000 shares are ordered the last orders received will be returned. If you really WANT It wire your reservations, 50.000 shares In such a company will not go very far. No certificates lor less than 100 shares will be issued. O. N. MURDOCH.
