Mrs. John Gunselman, St. Anthony, Ind., underwent a minor operation, Monday, June 28.

In the item about the visiting of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Harris here in last week’s issue of the Dale News, we stated that they were here because of the serious illness of her father Lafe Whitten and it should have been his father, Mr. Harris of Lamar. We are sorry for this mistake and are glad to correct it.

Mr. and Mrs. Claude Springstun and family and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer, Reinhart and family, with their relatives of Evansville, enjoyed a picnic dinner at Mesker’s Park in Evansville Sunday.
