Reading Material Of All Kinds

Mrs. Claude Cohen of Indianapolis who is spending her vacation here with her husband, who is inspector on the Lincoln Memorial at Lincoln City, spent Wednssday afternoon with Mrs. Thomas Fowler.

Rev. and Mrs. Glenn Kaetzel have arrived here from the East, for a few week’s vacation with their parents. On their route home they visited the Capitol Buildings and other places of interest, including a visit to the Senate in session, and Washington Estate at Mt. Vernon. From Washington they traveled South to the Great Smoky Mountains. They will return to the East in September, where Rev. Kaetzel will resume his studies in Boston University School of Theology.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Fowler had as their week end guests, Mrs. Fowler's two brothers, Lloyd and Edward Chesm and W. G. Chappel, all of Irvington, Ky.

Miss Dorothy Medcalf has returned to her duties at The Dale State Bank after spending her vacation with relatives in Chicago, Ill.
Mrs. Merle Reese and Mrs. Gertrude James of Mucksville, Kansas and Hiram Marksberry and James Wall of Owensboro, Ky. visited Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wood and family last week.

Mrs. Emma Daniels, a former resident of Dale, spent last week end visiting among friends here. Mrs. Daniels now lives in Chicago, Ill. with her daughter. Her many friends were delighted to see her.

Mrs. Andy Epple returned to her home in Greeley, Colorado Tuesday morning after spending several weeks with her mother Mrs. A. E. Haskins. Mrs. Haskins and niece Miss Olive Chewning have located in their home and Mrs. Haskins is much improved in health.
Miss Amelia Schaaf of Cincinnati, Ohio is spending several weeks here with relatives and friends.
Mrs. Frank Schaaf of Evansville spent last Saturday with her aunt, Mrs. C. W. Wedeking and family.
